Absolutely delicious! Mesquite grilled chicken at its moist, tasty best. The 1/2 chicken plate does include a drink and two... sides, which makes it even more reasonably priced . I had fried yucca and beans with the 1/2 chicken, a very satisfying meal.Don't forget to get salsas and other condiments at the condiments table to the right of the order counter. Read more

Just stopped in at Pollo Regio on my way to Galveston. I was greeted by a friendly face and immediately I felt welcomed. Miguel... recommended the grill chicken and churros and I have to say it was one of the best grilled chicken I have ever tasted. Hechecked on me while I was having my lunch to see if I needed anything. The food here is absolutely delicious I always get the half or the whole chicken meal and it comes with rice, beans, tortillas,... onions, and limes! I took one star off because they treated my mother completely different from the way they treat me when I gopick up my food... she asked them for a bag of chips and the man was being so stingy and giving her a hard time he gave her avery small bag that fries come in but when I go to the restaurant they give me the proper size bag of chips without anyproblems. If I'm going to refer my family members to a place everyone should be treated with the same respect, despite the ageor skin color. Read more
