I have eaten this chicken since we lived in El Salvador in the 80s and it?s just as delicious. My friend bought it And we ate it... 20 min later and it was still juicy, flavorful, and amazing. The yucca fries were also so good. I?m very impressed and highlyrecommend it!!!! Read more

I frequently visit this location as well as countless other Pollo Campero franchises. Today will most definitely mark my last... day visiting this HOT MESS of a restaurant. Too many of the drive-thru personnel (including mgt) have NO courtesy nor commongood manners. They lack respect, clear communication, and ?doing things right the first time?. Most of the online orders I placeahead of time are due to (in part) my busy schedule. And if you?re like me, then you also take your order time/ order quality/sauces SERIOUSLY. No shame. After all, WE are the ones keeping most of the local businesses afloat. Most times I get incorrectorders, WRONG sauces, poor quality? and on top of it all ? bad nasty customer service/ attitudes from this restaurant?s workstaff. And I?m sorry to say this but if the color of your skin is ?Black? or slightly more ?Browner? than most of the folksworking here, just be READY and do not allow this miserable staff to dull your light. All I?m saying is that A LOT of us cantell/ feel when unnecessarily bad attitude is coming from a place of bad morality/ misjudgment. The silent awkward stare atcustomer business interaction truly SUCKS. This restaurant is in dire NEED of a ?how to provide good customer service? class.They should take some friendly advice from Chick-fil-A or something like that. I?m just so tired of them. Lol. SMH. i was craving wings and wanted to try something new. Problem is that the girl at the register (and i realized by observing while... eating that the rest of the team too) doesn't speak English. I asked for all the wing flavors except for the Buffalo because idon't like spicy hot food and one serving of yuka fries. the wait was long, like 15 min at least, with a full staff and a foodpassing area full of chicken. i didn't understand why it took so long. Then i got my order and understood why. My wings were ALLbuffalo and the yuka fries were family size. Thankfully it was good and not too spicy so i could eat, but it totally numbed mytongue, so i couldn't even taste the sauce that came with the yuka. I obviously have some leftover so this is gonna be fortomorrow. I wish I realized they didn't understand what i wanted or i wish they told me they didn't get it and repeat my orderto make sure they have it right. the receipt matches the order no doubt, but that's not what i wanted in the first place. Soplease have mercy for people who don't speak Spanish. Also yeah, price is pretty high like $21 for 20 wings. it's not crazy butstill. The place was very clean. Read more
