So disappointed, I love Pollo Campero, however this location served chicken that had been sitting around for a day or two. Meat... was dry and chewy the coating was hard as a rock. First time I tried this place was in Cali and I was so excited to visit Houston and try this location. The food was fresh,... delicious, and GREAT portions! I love how crispy their chicken is here. I don't know what it is about this particular location. I have come to this location three times since it opened five years ago... and all three times it was a fiasco! Anything from the wrong food to today my order ordered online and paid for online was notready when I got here and I had to wait although it should have been ready. It was like they couldn't find the order. All I knowis I love the grilled chicken from Pollo Campero but I will only go to the location on Fairmont Boulevard in Pasadena from nowon I don't care if it is twice as far from my house it is worth it because those employees know what they're doing and they havenever gotten my order wrong or screw things up like this location consistently does Read more
