The service and food were decent. Unfortunately, they do not accept cash. What, my money is no good here. I cannot use the... good old American dollar? I have to use a debit or credit card. Potentially exposing myself to someone exploiting my info. Last time I checked, cash was still not only legal but a totally non-observable and an unexploitable way to pay. I had ordereda personalized meal, so I felt an obligation to pay. The meal was good, but take cash. I will not go back for this reasonalone. Read more
I just received bad service whoever the black guy on the register with a hat on really doesn't move in a timely fashion. He was... stalling taking too much time. I could not purchase anything because he tending to one customer and it wasn't urgent to him.Frustrating at the most. I've had good service here but he needs to focus on another duty. Bad service. My miso soup was just hot water with onions in it. No miso and no tofu. Bland and gross. They also forgot my main dressing but... put in my second dressing. I ordered both on the side and paid extra. Disappointed as this is the second time I?ve had subparfood from a Pokeworks location. Will never return. Read more

How and why have I never tried this place before!? I live minutes from it. Very casual eatery, bright and light interior. ... Extremely friendly servers. This is my kind of food! Everything looked fresh behind the counter and definitely tasteddelightfully fresh. I loved being able to select my own bowl. The flavors and available options were delicious. Amazing costumer service and plentiful of interesting and original options for your meal. Here for the first time, after many... recommendations. The serving style is similar to Chipotle, but way more options on every type of food (base, protein, mix-ins,flavors, and toppings). The young man was very patient and explained everything so well, I didn?t feel nervous about orderingsomething I didn?t like. I almost ate the plastic bowl and the chopsticks? it was that good. Only thing I would suggest is moreice tea options, kinda like Panera and Chipotle, but the Hibiscus was delicious! This was my first time dining in. Expect to pay about $20 for a meal, but it's totally worth it for the quality and taste. They... had excellent customer service too. My only complaint was that the music was too loud so I could hardly hear the questions theywere asking me and vice versa while they made my bowl.
