I ordered a cheese pizza yesterday with extra cheese and it looked fine when I checked it but it tasted like pepperoni & I don?t... eat pork so I could not eat my pizza. I ordered their so called signature pizza "carne Asada" through Doordash it was a complete disaster. Dough completely burned out... it feels like a hard rock. I called more than three times to obtain some explanation no one has answered the phone!!! LongStory short never again. Read more
Ordered a carne asada pizza... the carne was kinda burnt where u can taste the burntness!! It was placed on a "TOO" crispy crust... more like a big tostada...(now i know why meat was burnt) i know whoever boxed it saw it and dgaf!!! I ordered through Uber Eats. I later was told when I called that they did not deliver, then they said they deliver through... DOORDASH. I thought I lost my money. This was on Halloween. The next day my account was credited the cost of the order. I thinkUber took care of the reimbursement because they placed my order. The staff was friendly and service was prompt and everything appeared to be very clean. However, the most important factor... (pizza) was a huge miss for me. I don't think I've ever had a slice of pizza I would consider "bad". Until now. We actuallythrew away the remaining slices after each of us grabbed and ate a single slice. Very busy spot but very nice staff. I only wish my pizza was cooked at a higher temperature. The crust was so soft that when I... picked up a slice the toppings fell off because the crust wasn't sturdy at all & the crust underneath the sauce was absorbing somuch of it that it was soggy. They use the same amount of toppings that Pizza Hut uses, all fresh but the ground meat was littlepebble sized balls which felt a lil too manufactured to me. First of all this place is not Pizza patron as verified by Pizza patron corporate office in Dallas Texas but someone using their... name. I paid for a pizza that I never received and contacted management because no one at the store speaks English yet they runa business in America. After trying to contact management for a week I finally caught someone who spoke English who who told memoney would be returned to my account which was never done. Almost a month now and no refund. When I finally reached managementagain same person I had conversation with now claims that they don't speak English anymore lol so there's honest obviouslydishonesty going on. Corporate office says they have nothing to do with this store at all so it's not even the real Pizzapatron. BE AWARE OF GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ONLINE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WHO THE SIGN OUTSIDE SAYS THEY ARE. Read more
