Ordered a carne asada pizza... the carne was kinda burnt where u can taste the burntness!! I ordered through Uber Eats. I later was told when I called that they did not deliver, then they said they deliver through... DOORDASH. I thought I lost my money. This was on Halloween. The next day my account was credited the cost of the order. I thinkUber took care of the reimbursement because they placed my order. I paid for a pizza that I never received and contacted management because no one at the store speaks English yet they runa business in America. After trying to contact management for a week I finally caught someone who spoke English who who told memoney would be returned to my account which was never done. Almost a month now and no refund. When I finally reached managementagain same person I had conversation with now claims that they don't speak English anymore lol so there's honest obviouslydishonesty going on. Corporate office says they have nothing to do with this store at all so it's not even the real Pizzapatron. BE AWARE OF GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ONLINE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WHO THE SIGN OUTSIDE SAYS THEY ARE. Read more
