Worst experience EVER. THEY WILL CANCEL FOR NO REASON. No email, no phone call, nothing. 2 hours later I call them to ask where... my food is and they tell me "your order was canceled, sorry". If I could give these guys -0 stars I would. The WORST experience I've ever had with a Pizza Hut. Order was a deal that included... a 2 liter drink, which I ordered via Pizza Hut app. Received the order and it was cold and the food undercooked AND the 2 literPepsi was not in the order. Called and spoke w/ Sherman who hung up in my face 2xs. Sherman did not attempt to have the drinkdelivered and continued to state he can give me credit. He was SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have contacted the corporate officeand also sent a E-message to them I want a refund for the entire order at this point and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATIONAGAIN!!! The ownership feels like it may have changed, because last year when I ordered a few times from this location the foodwas hot fresh and COOKED TO completion. Never again!!!
