Just horrible service that's sad I'm already paying 30 just for 2 over heated pizzas and cheesy bread sticks were burnt from... over heated from sitting in there warmer close to an hour after been out the oven all because lazy people working there firsthad me drink sitting outside for contactless pick up and then had to go driving to get change. 08/01/22 wow three months laterjust getting a reply! Worst experience ever. Pizza took over one hour to get delivered. Pizza was cold and it literally was only cheese, couldn't even... see salsa or toppings. I paid $30 for a cold piece of bread. When I called to see what was rhe status on my pizza (it had beenone hour) an extremely rude doordash lady answered (I did not order from doordash). When pizza arrived, was a pizza hotemployee. WTH! This is the best Pizza hut in Houston! The customer service goes above and beyond expectations. I ordered pizza, dessert and... drinks for a birthday party to be delivered and a 3rd party delivery service destroyed everything in the order. I contactedPizza Hut sent photos and proof of what transpired and within a the hour, Pizza hut replaced and delivered all items. Read more
If you ever go to this location make sure you sign your receipts, I always pay cash but this past 2 times I paid with my CC and... I looked in my account and since this cashier?s don?t request your signature they be tipping themselves and take more out ofyour bank account. Just left this location from doing a curbside order and I have to say everything was fresh just the way I liked it. My food did... not taste like hand sanitizer. I think whoever cooked it took the time to make sure everything Was right and I think theydeserve a raise. Read more
So last night I buy pizza from Pizza Hut and it has a roach baked in it at the bottom of the pizza.
