As a UberEATS driver I go into this location to pick up 2 orders they tell me one order is ?ready? and the other will take 10... minutes. So I cancel the second order to take the ready one after waiting over 5 minutes they tell me the need to remake onebecause they made a medium and it was supposed to be a large now I have to cancel this order too so I don?t waste more time? Do not waste your time and money at this location. Waited over an hour for my order and when i called to check on it they told... me it had already left the store and was being delivered. I waited an additional 30 minutes and nothing ever got delivered. ThanI got a text from doordash that they were delivering my order but I never ordered through door dash! I placed my order online.Never said anything about door dash. I got 2 different text from door dash saying my order was picked up by 2 different drivers.Makes no sense. Canceled that order and I do not recommend this location or any pizza hut locations on this side of town. So farthe pizza hut on I10 and Heights has been the one to get it right. It is out of the way for me but I would still get my orderway sooner if I picked it up compared to the wait times from pizza hut on little York. I ordered from little York because it waslate and it's closer to my house. But learned my lesson. Will NOT be ordering from this location ever again. Read more
This is the second time you ruined my order. This last time, your driver was 40 minutes late. He never spoke to me because he... was on his cellphone. I came here to order a large pizza and pasta but they messed up my order just getting the pasta smh. We told the woman but she... act like she didn?t hear us . I won?t be coming here again! So I ordered a meat lover and this was anything but that and well the bread sticks speak for themselves.
