2-3 times I've ordered here, 1st time no banana peppers. The guy was an excellent server but pizza was missing toppings. 2nd... time, had to retake my order twice because they kept charging me for the wrong pizza deal. 3rd time pizza had missing toppings,and the crust was beyond not cooked on 2 pizzas out of the 3. My food wasn't hot as expected. I order from this location all the time. First bad experience. My pizza melt was cooked to hard... and barely had meat to be a meat lovers. I had to open it and eat the lil inside out. The pizza was dry as well crust too darnhard to eat.i thought the container would have a seal on it with my mozzarella sticks. Customer service is horrible.. they lie to get you off phone and then they send you an email asking for information they need... and you send it to PIZZA HUT over four times and they just ignore you and send you the same email after you replied to them fouror five times with the exact information they asked for. They were amazing even though we ordered carryout 15 mins before they closed. They even gave us extra bread sticks that fast... would've otherwise gone to waste. Pizza cooked perfect. Good location. Read more
