VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! To start half of the items that I intended on ordering were not available. Then I was told that... it would be 30 minutes which turned into an hour and half. When I contacted the store the manager was not interested in takingresponsibility for the delay. She blamed Doordash! No offer to make it right, not apologetic. Simple did not care! The Pizza Hut on 45 N by West Rd is by far the most horrible pizza hut I have been thru. I ordered from here different times... and always got the wrong order. In 1 visit I got the order wrong 2 times. The Mgr there is horrible to represent Pizza Hut.DONTGO AND DONT ORDER FROM THERE. Read more
Our Pizza Hut is hitting it out of the park! The service was great. Ordering online was quick and simple. I had to call the... store to make a change and they completed the oder with the change.
