Our pizza arrived hot and fast! The delivery guy was very kind and polite. We had one (of 4) pizzas that was cut very... strangely...but it made us laugh...and it tasted great...so all good! We love PH! Read more

So I order a couple pizzas and get charged for delivery PLUS I can give an 18% tip. On top of that they show up an hour after... ordered and cold as a witches... well, you know what I mean. Called and complained but the young woman doesn't understandanything about customer service. I think they have lost another customer. Normally my orders are correct, but this last experience was beyond frustrating. Food-wise, it's good, but when they mess up... your order, I personally ask why I didn't just buy a frozen pizza. Second, they need to fix their mobile app and make sure itworks correctly on the versions of Android it claims to work on. Third, encourage employees to cover their mouths when couchingand then to immediately wash their hands because as I was leaving, the person started couching without covering their mouth. On December 15th we had a family gathering and we ordered 4 pizzas that totaled $75 with a tip, we received burnt pizza it even... smelled burnt i was so surprised the workers would even allow that pizza to leave the store! After calling they said they wouldpick up the 2 burnt pizzas And replace them so we were embarrassed we had company and not enough to feed everyone! After 2hours everyone left and finally the pizza was delivered.. I will never ordered from Pizza Hut! We paid full price no coupon andwe had horrible service. Read more
