DO NOT ORDER FEOM THIS PIZZA HUT. I ordered at 5:30 pm. Called the store at 6:45pm to be told the pizza had been delivered. We... had not received any part of our order. 10 minutes later the pizza delivery guy arrives. I hand him the money. Call the storeback to tell them the food was cold. The young lady who answered the phone proceeds to tell me I did not complain to thedelivery driver about the orders. Do most people open their food outside? I do not, like most people I sit at my table. So whenI proceed to tell her this she starts getting loud with me so yes it turned into a shouting match. She then tells me I can takethe pizza back if I don?t like it. RIDICULOUS SERVICE AT THIS STORE!!! Read more

Great customer Service by the Young Man who answered the phone. The personal pan meat lovers pizza reminded me of when I was an... eight-year-old little girl, it was so good! The wings (Cajun flavor) were not good at all. Be mindful when you?re turning onwayside because if you go too fast, you can miss it! Did not have the best experience with the Pizza Hut store on Wayside in Houston. The online order system doesn't allow you to... request packets of cheese and peppers. The delivery drive forgot 1/3 of the order back at the store, driver expected me to walkto his car to claim my order, and brought back a wrong portion of the order 30 minutes later. I will take my businesselsewhere. I do not recommend that anyone order from this Pizza Hut location. Read more
BE LITERALLY AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE I WAS ORDERING 2 MEDIUM PIZZAS AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $40 DOLLARS. THEY WERE LAUGHING... TOO BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO STEAL MY MONEY.
