They refuse to answer the phone to help people change or get the status of their orders and the call center is absolutely... useless with answering calls as well. I will no longer order Pizza Hut, and given I worked for them its a breath of fresh air toget away from subpar pizza and try something better for once. Good luck Pizza Hut. ???? Read more
They completed my order before I finished speaking how I want pizza. I was then told I had to be transferred to a manager to... make changes to my order becuase they do not have the authority to make changes. I was transferred and the call was disconnected. I called back and used option 2 and 3 to make changes to my order and call automatically disconnects. Arrived at the store andwas told "oh well it will be 32 dollars" . deuces pizzahut I'm going to Domino's. Read more

Bad service at this store. My Pizza was taken by a delivery guy then I ask to that driver deliver my food to home and the... manager said he can do that and that I need to wait for my order which will be cold like fish. At the end I had to cancel myorder and went to Dominos Pizza to get my food. Read more
