Ordered chicken parmigiana spaghetti for dinner. The breaded chicken was burnt and was very dry. The burned bread was bitter.... The pasta ???? was not tasty. the waiter was nice and for the most part gave us space and time to converse. some may feel like it?s a lack of customer service... but it felt more like he was around and wasn?t hovering or constantly asking if everything was ok. the waiter was still prettyattentive. the gnocchi was soft and delicious and the sauce was yummy. the chicken parm was enjoyable and the drinks were alsovery enjoyable. definitely will be back Read more
This is the worse customer service I have ever had at a restaurant and feel compelled to share. The owner or manager was... blatantly rude. The waiter messed up our order twice and owner rolled his eyes at us. When I called it to his attention he saidthere was a lot of food being returned from our table. Yes, to no fault of ours. Than later he tried to tell us the waiter ishard of hearing and doesn?t hear women well, only men. Unbelievable! Carpaccio was blah and pizza was mediocre at best. Was excited to try since I was craving Italian. The 1st employee was welcoming and addressed us quickly despite being in the... middle of seating other guests. After sitting for a bit, server came over with water but did not ask if we wanted any otherdrinks. We waited a bit longer before he came back to take our orders but understood since a larger group had been sat beforeus. Once food came out, brought by the 1st employee, it was more warm than hot. We asked for salt and pepper from the 1stemployee who brought it right away. Our server checked on us once the entire rest of the time there and never asked if weneeded/wanted anything else. Dropped off the bill without asking about desserts, but having been there for about 2 hours andonly interacted with our server 3 times we decided we would be better off getting dessert somewhere else. Delicious, authentic Italian food. Great customer service, too. Go for the spicy diacola (pepperoni) pizza if you want... pepperoni. The pineapple juice with mint was so refreshing and not too sweet. We also had the meatballs and finished every biteof our food. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back soon! Read more

So I ordered a margarita pizza from here.... I'm impressed of the size of this thing..... $22 because of the "cauliflower" crust... and bacon on one side. The pizza is just a bit bigger than my hand. I'm very disappointed, I've eaten at this place before andthe pizza was great however to go is not right. As you can see it's cut into 4 slices lol because anything else would make theslices look like the ones they give at a kids parties. The only good thing so far it's the people that work there....
