Delicious food and nice staff! I've been dining here over the past year and have had great experiences. The food is fresh and... not too expensive. $14 for a regular build your own pasta bowl with chicken. I typically mix the Alfredo sauce and the Diavolosauce. The staff is really nice and interacts with their customers. I look forward to coming here for lunch and getting out ofthe house while working from home. Read more

I have been to Piada numerous times but will not go back to this location. I ordered takeout that my boyfriend picked up; I am... unable to leave my home due to COVID and wanted a salad. Upon opening the (very small) salad, the first thing I noticed was thatthey gave me no dressing. It?s a dry salad. Then, I noticed the brown avocado. Then, I noticed the lack of candied pecans. Thiswas a salad on their menu, not one I made myself. It should be a standard salad for them. I called and spoke to the chef who didnot apologize, did not offer to make a new salad, and just refunded me my payment. He took no ownership. The salads I?ve gottenin person have been good, but I am very disappointed by this to go salad, the lack of attention to detail, and the lack ofrespect by the chef when I called. I likely will not go to Piada on Memorial again due to this experience. Read more

Piada is a nice place. After passing it on Memorial Drive literally dozens if not hundreds of times, I decided to go in, and I'm... glad I did. Piada may be commercial, but it doesn't feel jaded or hyped. Upon arrival, I was assisted by a very nice foodpreparer who answered my questions about what's available - congenial service, to be sure. My order was a pepperoni pastry stick(not the best description, but delicious, I promise) and a small bowl of penne pasta with various toppings. In addition toregular Pepsi products, they have another fountain tap featuring Piada-branded flavors like orange and berry sodas. The orangewas tasty, sort of like an Orangina if you've ever had one of those. The decor of the place is pretty - high ceilings andfloor-to-ceiling windows facing Memorial Drive, with stylish, spacious seating and fixtures. This is a place you could bring adate if you want something nice, but not overly expensive. My personal preferences - and why I didn't give a full 5 stars (Iwanted to give 4.5, but that's not possible and 4.4 is the average rating anyway!) - were for the music and the sauce. The musicplaying over the sound system had a bit of a "bistro/techno" vibe to it. In and of itself, that's not a deal breaker, but somany businesses seem to default to that as background music these days. The origins of Piada are the founder's visits to Italy. Why not Italian standards? Or jazz (smooth or classic)? Regarding the sauce, the pomodoro was good also, but a bit on the sweetside. I prefer my sauces to be saltier. Again, not a deal breaker by any means, and many of you will like the pomodoro, I'msure. If you go to Piada for the first time, I suggest starting with a small pasta bowl - the serving size is quite ample. Ifyou find that doesn't satisfy you, the regular serving will be more than enough. And don't forget to order a pepperoni stick - Iplan on making a meal of several of those the next time I go. I will try the actual piada wraps on ano Read more

If you want a unique place to go for some delicious food, go here! It's Italian street food...what's that? Well, it's a unique... combination of flavors in a bowl or on a large tortilla wrap. My boyfriend and I had pasta bowls and could not have ended upwith 2 more different flavor profiles if we tried. Both were so good! Definitely going back again ???? Read more
