Reviews for Pho One in Houston, TX
This place is mediocre at best. The pho broth has almost no flavor. The spring rolls are the same, almost zero flavor. Its also... way over priced. Spring rolls and a regular pho is almost $22. WAY too much money for a quick lunch. Its just close to my workwhich is why I continue to go. Read more

Its a Pathetic Place !!! Customers are not entertained well !!! There closing time is 9 so even if a customer walks in at... 8.30... they are turned away with reasons its closing time/ kitchen closed/ not taking orders.. They don't even bother askingfor any assistance... That's a rude way of doing business in America... Must Avoid this place.. They should remove the Signboard of OPEN from their door and replace it with a a big sign board outside their restaurant... Please do not enter after 8.30unless you have pre ordered and have come for pick up... or unless you will be embarrass to walk away with nothing.. Read more
Great friendly staff here. Smart way to social distance here. Come over. Phô is good too!
Table was sticky with stains. I've had better phoes somewhere else. The broth tasted like store-bought bought cubes. It was... salty and too much of meaty flavor Bonmi sandwiches were fine. I wouldn't recommend based on what the server did to our drink. He dropped ice, scoop up bare hands, then put it back in my drink and tried to serve it. Read more
The place was neat and clean. The broth was super clean and not too oily which you can see. Its a bit pricey for Pho but the... service was exceptional. Read more
I've been here a few times. Got their famous sandwich, long story short, it tasted funny/off. Open the sandwich was disgusted.... The food was not fresh at all. Got me sick. Nausea led to vomiting had to leave work. Went back and told them what happened. They basically didn't care. Never going back there. Go to Le Viet instead. Way better food, zagat rated, same prices, betteratmosphere, courteous staff. Less than a minute away. It wasn't about the money Pho 1( more like Pho Zero), it was about therespect you show customers. Keep the change. Read more
I love the vegetarian pho they serve here. Found it 2 years ago and has been my go to since! I've also tried other pho places... but so far nothing has come close. It's a great value for the price and is now my go to every time I feel sick / low. Read more
