First, let me say how impressed I was with Gabriel and this location. On Friday 7/08/22, I placed an order for chopped beef and... chopped chicken for 25 people and set the time for 1pm Saturday 7/09/22. Gabriel advised me to utilize the curbside pickup whenI was ready to pay and pickup my order. On Saturday 7/09/22, I arrived at 12:15pm to get my order. To my surprise, the entireorder was ready early. After payment was remitted, Gabriel actually brought the box out and explained all the items inside ofit. I?m very disappointed with my lunch I received today. I went through the drive through, it was not busy! I beat the lunch crowd.... I went back to work to continue working and opened my fully loaded chopped beef baked potato and I have received a cheesepotato! I attempted to call the establishment and no one answered the phone. I have worked in the food in the past and I?m veryunderstanding about mistakes happening. I?m upset because the establishment was not busy and workers were standing around when Ipulled up to the window. The worker was friendly at the window, my order was ready when I arrived at the window but how can youconfuse a fully loaded potato with a cheese potato and a cup of barbecue sauce. I didn?t have a large order. The drive throughwas EMPTY! It?s a 30 minute drive for me to return to the location. Normally I don?t go to Pappas unless a friend request we gofor lunch. Forgive the one star but I can?t give a 0. This was a horrible visit. Even though I was given a refund. The time I spend to go... to this location will never happen again. I finally made it home to eat my meal and went to cut my wing and blood ran down thewing. So sad. When all it takes is a quick thermometer to check temperature. My rib was also undercooked. Beans were crunchy,potatoe salad was good, macaroni and cheese was watered down. Management did give me an excuse as to why my chicken had bloodat the wing and thigh area. When there is none. There is no excuse for salmonella poison. Contaminated chicken never has anexcuse. Read more
It's been an amazing day of relaxation and BBQ so far can't wait to see what other fun awaits us tonight! Pappas BBQ is... amazingly delicious, I'm so happy right now! Great spot for BBQ. Agua Frescas tasted great. The BBQ sauce was delicious. Couldn't complain. Very pleased
