The #6 is amazing! Came for a simple lunch and ended up finding some of the best sandwich?s I?ve ever had.
I?m from the east coast and have had my fair share of Philly cheesesteaks in that area and around the country. So I don?t make... this rating lightly. The steak was subpar at best. My son and I had the same meal - steak with whiz and fries. My son threw upnot long after he finished eating it. He?s had a Philly steak in Philly and knows what to look for. I found the taste of themeat ok but the bread just wasn?t right. My son said his tasted bad. There aren?t that many places I?d go in Houston to get aPhilly cheesesteak. The best place in a 200 mile radius is Youse Guys in San Antonio - they are actually from the Philly areaand have the bread shipped in regularly. I?ll just keep making mine at home. Bunker hill location closed so I went here. Great customer service. The lady was very kind :)
We ordered a tea, water, the Pappa gyro steak and cheese plus the cheese fries with cheese whiz - we split it because of calorie... issues. $18.96 later, we had an ok lunch. Half way through our lunch adventure, my friends throat starts itching, his eyes andnose start watering. My nose started itching too - which never happens. It could be because of the water stains they have nextto the cash register. I don?t think I?ll be back my friends? ?? Update: my friend is still suffering from intense allergies.Claritin is not helping. It all started when we were in the restaurant. My friend is highly allergic to two things. Theowner(s) of this facility should have it checked for mountain cedar?and black mold. I would assume it?s not the mountain cedar. Read more

Have only tried the #1 and fries, but everything was great even after taking it home 20 min later! Try the ?Hot? oil peppers to... kick your philly up a notch! Getting to this location can be quick after exiting at Greenhouse when heading east, may be easierto get off an exit earlier! Read more
