Terrible .. why would they deliver this to me smh . Then only offer a refund nothing else.
I placed an order for a company party at 9:43a. Received confirmation. Received an order number and receipt was emailed three... times. I called at 10:44 to check if I could add an item and was told my order was non existent with the store. Spoke withManager named Adam who was completely nonchalant and had zero regard for the missing order. Tried to provide order number towhich he stated "that serves me no purpose"... Complete disregard. Kept telling me over and over there was no order and it wasnot his concern. There was no order with my name, number or delivery address so I needed to figure it out. Finally spoke withsomeone in corporate complaints that told me my order was never even sent to the store in the first place, mind you I orderedthis since 9:43 and it was 11:07. Rhea from Corporate reached out to the store to see how quickly they could prep and deliverymy order while I'm on hold. Then she comes back on the line to inform me that the same manager Adam refused to prepare my orderand instead asked that they cancel it because all of a sudden their system is down. So I'm left with absolutely no pizza for acompany party. Please do not order from here. Their customer service is the absolute worst. I am appalled at their lack of care. Read more
Only order from this place if you want your pizza to come with the wrong sauce, missing ingredients and no garlic/butter dipping... sauce. I had to wait a long time for my pizza to get delivered just to get the wrong order. Look at the tag. I?m pretty surethis is not Alfredo sauce? Read more
Terrible, terrible customer service! Ordered pizza - they said order was complete in 15 minutes but quoted 2 hour delivery time.... When we questioned won?t the pizza get cold by then, their response: ?it is what it is. You cancel the order.? Decided to try a new pizza got the hatch chili topping big mistake. The topping was so excessive it made half of my pizza soggy... and it was cold. Also took nearly 2 hours to deliver one pizza. Asked to talk to a manager finally got a hold of the manager andgot no apology didn?t seem to care just asked if I would like a new pizza or a refund. Poor quality and management skills. Read more
I must have called at a good time! Cause I got excellent service, the driver was really friendly and the pizza was better... than I ordered lol I got the pepperoni stuff crust pizza. A puddle of cheese! It was so good! Best pizza I've had in a longtime! I called back to ask for an extra garlic butter and I don't think they even charged me! So nice! Read more
