Placed an order on the app for a large Philly steak for pick up at 8:45pm. The wait time estimated to be 55 minutes. 40 minutes... later I have received a phone call from the store telling me they are out of Philly steak meat so I told them to make The Worksinstead and asked how long is going to take? She said it?s being made now! At 10pm I went to pick up my order and I was toldit?s in the oven! Waited another 15 minutes and asked how much more time it will take a pizza to cook!? Turns out my order wassitting in the shelf and a driver took off with it while I was there. It?s 10:30pm now and I?m still waiting in the store! Read more

This location is horrible- manager is extremely rude. Had to wait weeks and numerous calls to get refunds and I had to contact... my bank to Enforce it. I?d give them a negative star because I feel like I?m owed a star for the major hassle it took to get arefund. They will get your order wrong. And they will for sure not deliver to the right address. Make sure you know that ifthey mess up it will be a hassle to get your money back. Read more

I was visiting from Chicago and had the pleasure of meeting India Singh, Manager at this Papa John's location. My kids have... severe food allergies and India was awesome!!! She always made the pizzas herself and used sterilized pans, gloves and utensilsto prevent cross contamination with other foods. She also went above and beyond and opened new bags of cheese and sauce and evenmade fresh dough. It's always challenging for us to eat out but India handled the situation perfectly!!!! I want her bosses toknow that she is an asset to Papa Johns. My kids had pizza often on this trip and everytime I walked in, India welcomed us witha smile and a very professional attitude! I'm hoping India can be rewarded for her hard work and commitment to the customers.And by the way, she makes delicious pizzas. If you are reading this India, a million times thank you for making my kids enjoyand eat many safe meals!!!!! Read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My order was 100% incorrect. My fault for not checking until I was home, called to... get it fixed while I drove to give the wrong order back and the lady upfront told me "I can't deal with this" and walked away.Unfortunately I didn't catch her name as the cook on duty refused to provide it to me. I was told my order would not be readyand requested a refund and that was another whole issue. I understand there is staffing shortage everywhere but the service andquality of food is trash. People in there clearly need proper management and social classes on how to talk to people whileworking in a SERVICE industry. Read more

I ordered my pizza at 11:12am and it literally showed up at 1:20pm AND IT WAS COLD. 2 and a half hours later for a $28 cold... pizza ?????? That is ridiculous. Are the employees at the Chimney rock location operating things correctly? I see your reviews &timely manner is an issue almost every order that yall accept. This is the worst run business EVER! They have had me waiting for an order for over an hour since they said it was ready! Over... two hours in total. The place is filthy and the 2 staff members that they have working are as lazy and rude as humanlypossible. I will NEVER give ANY Papa John's my money EVER again! This business should not exist if they are going to run it sopoorly. I asked the manager "what kind of business is this?" He replied " a bad one". Absolutely awful. Read more

Ordered pizza from this location, and it said 30mins for delivery. Ok cool. Waited over an hour, without complaint, but then... opened the box to a clearly dropped pizza. I?ve tried calling the store 5 times, trying to get a refund. NO ONE ANSWERS. Calledcorporate, and they can?t process refunds. Called the store number ?to place an order? and be transferred to a manager, only toget a call center. She was nice and tried to transfer me to the store an additional 4 times, but no one answers. Even she?supset trying to call so many times. No one is answering and I just want a refund for a pizza that was clearly dropped, andinedible. Read more
