This place is horrible you should run save yourself from getting sick I place an order online I gave the operator my credit card... number which I later canceled I waited over 5 hours for a pizza that never came I went to the Papa John's to ask them was myorder in the computer no order somebody stole my credit card information up on answering the store and waiting to speak with themanager I witness ???? a delivery guy come from outside and put his hand on the pizza ???? dough that people have to eat and hewas playing with the dough with his bare hands save yourself from getting sick and run they need new management here Read more

Ordered through Uber and it feels like robbery. I ordered regular size for my family and ended up with small pizza and with... small fragments of chicken. It is tasteless. My daughter who loves pizza won?t eat it. I am relieved that I didn?t get theregular size. Read more

Literally didn't put pepperoni in the "epic" stuff crust pepperoni pizza. How do you mess that up? This was my second of of... two orders here. First one I ask for extra crispy and it came inedible because the dough was actually not cooked. Impressive onboth attempts at this location. Reached out to be contacted about the first order for a refund. Was never reached back outto. Just don't bother with this place. Read more

Pizza is good. Customer service not so much. Lady at front is extremely rude. It has happened three times already at this... location. I greet her and she says nothing. I say goodbye and nothing. No acknowledgement of patron. It is a complete turn offfor customers and I am not returning. Read more

I'll be ordering from another location from now on. Really surprised you're still in business. Ordered at 11:09 and the... estimated time was 33-43 minutes. Order was finally delivered at 12:57 and wrong. I ordered Alfredo sauce and got regular sauce!Pizza was room temperature and there were no sauces. You charged me $0.49 cents for a sauce I never received. Had you been ontime, I would have let that slide, but I want a refund for that. You've been having delivery issues for over a month, so don'ttell me that you make the pizzas fresh like you did in a reply to another negative review. You might make them fresh, but what'sthe point if delivery takes an hour or two. I'll be writing to corporate to make sure this location gets the help you sodesperately need to stay in business. So many negative reviews in the community isn't a good sign. Edit: I have switched toDomino's and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Save yourself the trouble and just order Domino's ???? This store is very poorly managed. I don?t think I will ever order from this store again, or maybe even papa johns altogether,... after my experience tonight. Delivery was estimated at 40-50 min, it took closer to two hours. Called to get an update on thedelay and was met with instant hostility from the manager on duty, Brenda. She was extremely rude and unpleasant with horriblecustomer service!!! Asked to cancel my order, since it was taking FOREVER and she said it hadn?t even left the store yet, atwhich point she hung up on me. Called back and she hung up on me again! This is not how you should ever treat a customer! On topof all that once my order finally arrived it wasn't even right. The only good thing I can say about this experience is that thedelivery driver was nice and had better customer service than the manager, and he said it was his first day. I've had issueswith this store on several occasions for delivery time, correctness of order, quality of order, and maybe the biggest offense ofall, garbage customer service. Avoid this store at all cost and order from somewhere else! Read more

The pizza I ordered is terribly made I want a credit for one of them. It?s been over a week that I filed the complaint: I had... ordered two pizzas and one of the two looks bad there?s a lack of cheese evenly spread and the spinach were dry leaves thatwere sprinkled on top. Food quality control has severely plummeted at this place. I don?t understand why is this happening atthis location even in the past I ordered pizzas and they aren?t marking them accurately nor do the ingredients have anyfreshness. I have spoken several times to them at this location and even management before in past orders and I always callwhen I do it online order to verify that they?ll make the pizza the way I want it and I find that it has continuously been madeincorrectly and poorly. The terrible service isn?t helping this franchise brand at all. The amount of money spent on pizza fora family indoor night is simply ruined by the careless cold demeanor of those employees who are just working as it shows for apaycheck, why not hire someone who?s going to be impressionable and have a positive attitude. Delivery was fast, but during this pandemic it's important to advertise properly, maintain distance and wear your PPE when... you're coming into contact with the public . It seems like they may have dropped the ball on this. On the website it sayscontactless is the default and the box is pictured sealed When the driver got here I thought he was going to place the box downlike the website says, but to my surprise I opened the door and was face to face to a driver without any face covering and himhanding me the box. It's not a big deal, but in this climate it is. Also looks like my pie shifted a bit in transit and toppingswere a bit nonexistant. Read more
