Ordered the new pepperoni stuff crust pizza with extra pepperoni, extra cheese, and cooked well done. Staff didn?t do any of... those things. $33 for a delivered pizza you?d think they?d honor requests.. The only pro was that it was delivered quickly. Butthat?s really a con since they made it quickly and ignored my requests, some which I paid extra for. The pie wasn?t even cut allthe way through, lol. I never do this, but this has got to stop! Does Papa John?s Corporate even read the google reviews? I should have read and... trusted them beforehand and listened to their fair warning. I placed an order for delivery at 9:06pm and patiently waiting the30-40 minutes I was estimated. Then I checked the tracker, no update. Another ten minutes, no update. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.One hour and 20 minutes after I placed the order I finally call the store to get an update. She tells me my food is still in themake line and that they are done delivering for the night. That I can come up to the store and pick up my pizza. ARE YOUSERIOUS? HOW IS THE FRANCHISE STILL IN BUSINESS? READ THE REVIEWS!!! I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE!!! Ordered a pizza for carry out and received the wrong one. Their solution was for me to drive the wrong pizza back, wait 15 mins... to bake the correct one, and offered no concession for their mistake. Read more
Horrible service! I just ordered an Epic Pepperoni Stuffed Crust Pizza and after waiting over an hour, my pizza arrived with... absolutely no Pepperoni. The manager then argued with me about how he was busy so I couldn't get a new pizza tonight. Theymessed up my order so I deserve a new pizza or a refund. In decline. This location has gone from great pizza and quick service to consistently incorrect and even lost orders. Even when... confirmed at the location in-person, our last order was wrong as have our last several orders been. I really wish that I can give zero Stars I made my order 25 minutes prior of me picking it up I have my child with me and the... driver outside insisted on going inside and getting my order for me I let her do so she was so nice the manager is so rude hecame outside gave me my money back and was so hostile and told me he couldn't find my order so I'm trying to explain to him Ialready made my order I had to stop everything I was doing once again get out of my vehicle bring my child with me speak to himinside of this Papa John's and he was rude he could care less he was very smart and considerate and then on top of that when Icalled after I left sitting in the parking lot he tells me that he's the manager I asked to speak to a manager and he told mehe's the manager he should not be the manager here he literally ruined the whole experience the only reason why I let him remakemy order it's because he told me that it would take 10 minutes and it was for my children when I get my food there's a piece ofhair in my food I didn't even eat my food yet I've been trying to call back up there and someone answers the phone and puts itback on hold worst experience never again and I will be calling corporate! I usually don't do this. This will be my first real 1 star review. I received a notification at 9:18pm saying my pizza was on... the way. I called at 9:55pm just to see if my pizza has been in someone's car for 45 minutes. They assured me no, and it was anissue with the computer. I'm sure what they did was clock out the order, and let it sit there, to make the numbers look good. Ireceived my order, the pizza was all smashed. Everything was cold. Why Papa John's? Read more
This Papa Johns location is by far the worst to order from..unless you have 3+ hours to wait for a scheduled pizza delivery.... ?Short staff? is not an excuse. Management needs improvement. Read more
