Hi Usually this location is great. However, delivery driver was really rude. I had placed no contact delivery on the delivery... instructions he demanded I opened the door. Once I did he stated ' geezes I've been waiting 10 minutes. And opened the bag likeit was a hassle to deliver the pizza. Horrible customer service. Read more

New young female manager is rude.I waited 1 hour from when tracking said it was out for delivery and... received wrong order because new manager handed another driver My order mixed up with someone's else's also kids had a upsetstomach from that pizza sauce which they mest up by remaking my order due to the mix up and gave me the sauce I specificallysaid NOT TO on my online order . The first pizza delivered had hair in the very first bite. A long piece of hair. I was asked to take a picture and show... management that this was true. I did so, while hearing them say no one has long hair here. It was in the melted cheese. Not juston top. Then the second attempt to order, was handed off to a guy in the parking lot who claimed to be my boyfriend and wasleaving for a party. I called back after waiting another hour and half and was told a pizza would be delivered. Managementdidn?t want to offer his name, there was a guy manager and a girl manager who were trying to understand the same situation. Thisled to calls being placed to me to ?better understand? what happened. Lastly, and the most disappointing part is I waited foranother hour and a half after being told another pizza was being delivered. I called and was told all deliveries were completedand was hung up on. I tried calling back several times, with people picking up and banging the phone on the desk. Another callwas answered with someone yelling gibberish and then I was hung up on. Another call someone said this location is closed and Iresponded, ?I?m sorry what is your name?? His response was, ?What?s it to you?? I replied I would be getting in touch withcorporate to let them know how inappropriate and unprofessional they were being. He gave me his name, which was Kevin, and hungup on me. I never received the pizza. This was supposed to be a Christmas Eve night watching movies and enjoying pizza - atradition of ours. Instead this was a complete nightmare of waiting on pizza that never came for hours. After waiting for hoursI reached out for an answer SEVERAL times, being hung up on, phone banging loudly on counter then being hung up on, and someonepicking up the phone and making loud obnoxious noises, then hung up on. When I ordered my pizzas, I ordered 3 large pizzas, 1 Lg BBQ chicken 1/2 jalapeño, 1 Lg supreme and 1 Lg pepperoni = 44. Plus... dollars. When I went to pick it up, they made 2 mediums and 1 Lg pepperoni. They blamed the call service but when I called inthe order, before hanging up that lady repeated back to me exactly what I ordered. So I left because i will not have hungrychildren. So Popeyes got their order right. Read more
So I ordered a medium 6 cheese pizza with extra cheese. When I get to the store, the girl behind the counter tells me they... "accidentally" made a large and she hopes that is ok. Based on what I received (see photo) I think she "accidentally" lied tome and gave me a large because it was already made. So I got an old, reject pizza that was not what I ordered. Ordered online, when I arrived they were out of cheese sauces. When I got my breadsticks there was 6 normal size and 4 small... ones the size of my thumb. What a ripoff. Read more
