First and last time ordering from this location. I spent $50 on this order and everything was wrong. I ordered two 10 inch... pizzas and they were both 8 inches, I measured them because they looked too small. One pizza was supposed to be half pepperonihalf cheese and it was 3/4 pepperoni, not half. I also ordered 8 UNSAUCED wings, but only received 6 pieces completely drenchedin BBQ sauce. The stickers all state what I ordered correctly, but they some how managed to mess up on everything. The worst dry pizza in the market I order by phone the personnel is awful ???? and even little cezars is a 5 stars to this (( 0... )) Starz! Just go somewhere else and very expensive too. Not worth it, even the owner quit! He found a better pizza I'm sure. Read more
Zero stars if could. Spent $25 on a pizza and cinnamon twist dessert. It was supposed to be a stuffed crust, but it was not... fully cooked, the crust was extremely thin and hard. Do not ruin your experience by coming here? absolutely so sad! I was betteroff eating a Tostinos frozen pizza Read more
I ordered a large epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, & some guy called & said that the person that made the pizza made an error... and made the crust beef instead of pepperoni; which I said that's fine no big deal, well the pizza gets home & the entire pizzais beef, ham & pepperoni; I had no issues with the crust, & the person never mentioned ham! This review is super late but better late than never.???????????The pizza was supposed to be Stuff Crust , however the crust was... small like regular hand tossed pizza. The crust was not at all as advertised.(Bummer) Not to mention the pizza was over cooked.All I got was we can make you another pizza but not stuff crust , we have ran out. ( Really) ???? Read more
I give the Papa John's on tidwell 5 stars for their great service! I ordered online and it went smooth as butter. My pizza was... cooked to perfection...it was so beautiful and warm just like the ones on the commercials. My pizza was so delicious and Icouldnt have asked for a better one. The driver followed my directions of where to place my pizza and he also took hisprecautions and wore his mask. I wanna say Thank you to this Papa J's for such great service and such a tasteful and well cookedto perfection pizza....and a smooth delivery. May God bless you all and keep all of yall safe. I ordered my pizza and it was delivered under 30 mins arrived hot and perfect. Thanks to Bety and her team. I will be ordering... again from this place. Update: 05/24/19 I oredered a pizza and wing combo and well everything was perfect it has been awhilesince I have ordered from these guys in the past and my order would be wrong or cold. But now they have an amazing crew and Iwill be ordering again from this store. Read more
After ordering, estimated time was 34-44 mins for 2 pizzas. Currently, we have been waiting over 2 hours for delivery. We called... after an hour and fifteen minutes and were told pizza was on the way. Called multiple times and was put on hold after 30 moremins of waiting for and finally got in contact with someone. Was told the delivery guy was new and was slow, and it might take awhile. We asked to see if we could get in contact with driver to get estimate, but was told no. They told us to call back in 15mins if we haven?t seen him. He is a no show. We call and asked for a credit and fresh pizzas to pick up. We were told we canget a credit but no fresh pizzas, or vice versa and then they hung up on us. Staff was very unprofessional, and should do betterabout communicating issues with customers. Read more
