Said in app ready. Came to store, was ignored for 5 min. After someone made eye contact. Then was told they lost 1/2 my order.... Remember this is after leaving when they said order done. Then manager was not nice or cordial. Apologizes for taking her timeas she was talking to drivers in back then finally came up and said sorry for wait then can't find 1/2 my finished order andexplained as an excuse that the people in back were drivers who couldn't help, but the person I made I contact with and saidexcuse me to was front of house. Will never come here again. They are an embarrassment to the franchise. Oh by the way beenwaiting now for an additional 10 minutes. Terrible STAY AWAY!!!!! Read more
Edit: after a dozen or so orders, they generally get it right but man they cut the pizza funky. slices are all random sizes.... Also they are inconsistent with the cheese. Just need to train the employees a little better. And maybe get get a better pizzacutter? My first experience was not great, but my second was excellent. It was very fast and the pizza was perfect. Ordered delivery. Tracking estimate said 33-43 min. Waited 90 minutes with no before calling the store. At this point they hadnt... even baked the pizza yet. I was told it would be a wait because of lack of drivers. I offered to come pick up my pizza and wastold it would still take an hour before it's ready. Fast forward and I've been waiting 2 hours since originally ordering whenthe store calls to ask if I will come and pick up the pizza because "it will be faster". But it will still take about 25-30 minbefore it's ready to pick up. Ultimately I've waited over 2 hours just to end up picking it up myself from a store that is 6min from my house. Read more
Ordered delivery a whole back, pizza looked like it was tossed around between the store and my place, dough could've been a... little better cooked. Tried to give them another chance but they manually voided my order because they're cut off for carry outis 11 despite being open till midnight. Will not be giving this location another chance, probably going to steer away from PapaJohn's in general for a bit. Read more
I won't ever order from here again. When I received my food it was hair in my pizza. The garlic knots was burn. The driver... didn't have my food in the pizza bag. Very unprofessional and when I called the first thing the manager say is we can make youanother one. I didn't want another pizza after that. They won't ever get my business again. I asked for 2 garlic sauces and 1 ranch - received 3 garlic sauces. I asked for Honey Chipotle wings - they taste and smell like... BBQ sauce. The pizza and cheesesticks I ordered cake correct and taste right. But still very disappointed in the errors Ireceived. Read more
?????? ?????? WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ???????????? TERRIBLE SERVICE. The store doesn't seem to know what's going on,... they don't answer the phone, and when they do, they put you on hold for 45+ minutes!!! I even have photos for proof!! We werepromised 2 free pizzas by the General Manager Cody due to the LAST order being over the original delivery time frame. We calltoday and get told that there is no notation under the phone number we left it under! Fast forward to now, we said???????????????? Papa "Jokes" and went with Dominoes! ??????DONT DO IT.
