Delivery was completed within appropriate amount of time. However, these individuals obviously lack the ability to read and... prepare an accurate order. Maybe don?t know how to count either. This location is unprofessional. A lot of young people work there. Shaun the manager is rude and disrespectful. I picked up my... pizza And saw a deformed roach running around. I ordered the $10 special but the pizza cutter mixed my ordered up with someoneelse?s so I got a double cut pizza. The pizza was lukewarm. I didn?t understand why because I had been waiting for the pizza inthe lobby. While I was there a lady returned her pizza and they gave her the correct one. The pizza cutter guy put it back underthe warmer and was about to give it to another customer until she told them she didn?t want a pizza someone else took to theircar then brought it back onto the store. Don't ever order from here. Ordered a pan Works with half olives half jalapenos. Got this instead. Called to tell them. Manager... who didn't tell me her name basically called me a liar and she "remembers cutting the pizza herself and there was only jalapenoson half" or "sometimes when you cut the pizza toppings fall off the knife onto the other side". I've worked in pizza shops, I'mnot stupid and do not enjoy being treated as such. There is a reason I ordered only half jalapenos, not everybody likes them.But what do I know, I'm just a liar apparently. Didn't get a new pizza made, claims she processed a refund but we will see aboutthat. Terrible customer service. Will never order from Papa John's again. Read more
