Ghetto location! Driver comes to me and says he forgot my pizza and soda. Brings me one ordered item. He states he will go get... my order. Offers me a random pizza. Call the store and the girl who answers says I was rude to the driver and it wasn?t hisfault. All I said was go get my pizza (which he offered he would) I ask the girl for a refund and she tells me no. I hang up andcall back and the same girl answers. I ask for a manager then some random girl gets on the phone saying she?s the GM. (Remindyou it?s 9pm on a Friday) she refuses to give me a name or do anything about it. Then I hang up and speak to someone else whoclaims to be a manager. Claims to give me a refund and will receive an email. Of course no email comes. Avoid this ghettolocation!!! Read more
I've ordered stuffed crust a few times and it is surprisingly good. Just a bit pricey and they forget my parmesan and crushed... peppers so I just don't order those anymore. The pizza is good in my experience so far. Read more
Deanna works the phone for orders & is very nice. I told her, ?I just had three pizzas delivered. They are the best pizzas... that I had in a long time. I had Pizza Hut earlier and by far Papa Johns outweighed the competitors in price, taste, toppings,etc. Plus the delivery person is much better looking! ? Bye bye Pizza Hut Read more
TERRIBLE customer service. They delivered the wrong pizza. I called to let them know, I was told someone would call right... back. I called back 15 minutes later. They said they would send out a replacement ASAP. I called back 45 minutes later (2 hoursafter my original order) to cancel. I never received an apology. We ordered through the site. Got a notification that it?s ready. Went in and turns out they loses our order. Wait for another 10... minutes. When we got our pizza, IT WAS NOT CUT. Not professional and unaccounted. Please improve. Read more

Pizza was ordered at 6:46pm arrived at 8:15pm, I live I street over. I went over and requested a hot pizza and was met with... opposition and ugly attitudes.
