Saturday night I placed order at 950. Said 35- 45 minutes. At 1112 I get notification that pizza was on way. At 1148... notification that they were arriving. Nothing!! At 1204am I get notification that DoorDash had delivered my pizza and they senta picture of pizza left on someone else?s grass. On the ground!!! Absolutely disappointed. My instructions say to leave at door.My outside lights were on. I called store but they were closed so I called customer service and was told I would be contactedwithin 48 hours. Ridiculous I caked store on Sunday to complain Was left on hold for 25 minutes. Nice lady I spoke withexplthat they are short staffed. She offered me a refund which will take 7 days!! They can instantly take my money but takes 7days to return?? I was hoping that they would offer refund and offer to send me pizza and something to make up for poor service.So now I wait for refund and no pizza Ridiculous service by this store!!! I ordered through the papa Johns app, as I?ve done in the past and had the worst experience ever. I?ll never be ordering from... papa johns ever again after this. My order was shown as delivered even though I never received my order. I called the store andspoke to the most disrespectful representative ever. He lied and said my order was picked up by Uber, which I know they havetheir own papa John delivery drivers drop off the food and requires my signature for the receipt , then he was being extremelyrude and disrespectful to Me, said why would I even order though the papa johns app if my residence was completely out the way.Which is out of my control since the app autogenerates where my food is being delivered from. Then he puts me on hold withouteven informing me. All I requested was a refund and asked for my money back and he acted like he couldn?t do so. Whoever?s onthe shift right now needs to be fired because that was the most unprofessional experience I?ve ever had at this location. So poorly run. Ignore their customers who are standing there to pick up orders. On Saturday Feb 19th one guy walks in And the... other guy says you?re two hours late no manager there doing anything to help anybody. Never even got my pizza and waiting for myrefund. Second time in a row I had a horrible experience at this place I will definitely not order from there again. 3 peopleworking and can?t handle anything. Read more
I'm giving 5 stars because everybody was so friendly, clean, organized. I came to try out the new NY pizza but this is not NY... pizza Papa John's! This is way too greasy and soggy. Bread is not thin or crunchy how it should be. I suggest to learn how tomake NY pizza and show employees how to do it because now I kno I'm never getting NY pizza from papa John ever again! Read more
