This may be my last time ordering from this location or maybe just papa johns all together! Papa johns was never like this! The... pizza is HORRIBLE I?ve received horrible service every single time. The staff is very rude & unprofessional it?s sad! Thegentleman working tonight was very rude on the phone. When I went to pick up he barley looked up & said hi he held his head downbecause he already knew he was wrong! First time to order from this Papa Johns and incredibly disappointed. I paid for extra cheese and extra mushrooms, but there was... so little cheese it did not even make it to the edge of the pizza and there were very few mushrooms. I will not be a returningcustomer. MEH. Read more

Calling in takes forever to actually place an order. Press 2 for English, then press 3 for a new order? Why do I listen to... alllll of the menus to place an order? Rebuild the phone trees for ease of ordering. Ask if I want to hear the specials beforejust rapid firing them at me and asking if I want that. The ex con working there refused to tell me what specials they had. I had to download app to see them. After 30 minutes of... waiting They call me its ready. I get there and stand for 15 minutes waiting on my (Ready) pizza.Then the knuckle head didnt putsauce on my pizza. I wait another 30 minutes because they remade it. I come home and they still didn't put sauce in my pizza.They should all be fired. Read more
Disappointing to say the least. Quick delivery but both pizzas I ordered were made incorrectly. I mean seriously how difficult... is it to read the label and follow instructions. No sauce on my pizzas, missing toppings I paid extra for, and cut incorrectlyas I always request square cut. Wont be ordering from here again. Read more
Tonight was one of the worst deliveries that I've received from this location and horrible phone conversation with the night... manager. He was dismissive of the fact that I ordered a pizza at 7:30pm and received it at 8:55pm with crust already torn awayfrom one of the slices. I didn't received the type of crust requested and the order which included chicken wings and dessertwere all ice cold when I received it. My main complaint was about the pizza looking like someone had ripped the crust beforedelivering it. I tried to explain that there was no protective tape on the pizza box when it was delivered. The managerproceeded to explain how they were human and make mistakes and wanted to see a picture, as if I made up the complaint. Heoffered to make a special pizza (whatever that means) and have it delivered. When the new pizza arrived again there was noprotective tape on the outside of the box. I didn't eat it. Instead I just lost money ordering at this location. I hopepeople read the reviews before ordering. I should have. It would have saved me money and wasted time. Read more
I ordered through door dash and I didn?t get my sauces I paid for extra garlic sauce. Store should have made sure it was with... order, cinnamon swirl was burnt. garden and vegetable pizza was thrown together.
