Had friends order and deliver food for us, driver was super rude. His GPS took him to a dead end that does not lead to my home.... After I contacted him since he was calling the individual who originally placed the order, he was so upset and started to blameme for his next order he had to deliver, being late. I stayed on the phone with him until he successfully arrived at my home, mydaughter came out to receive him at my gate and he tells her, she needs to pick up the phone when he calls. She had no idea whatwas going on or that he had gotten lost. I called the store, manager on duty said he was new to shift and would tell previousmanager. Then he said he had to hang up cause he had orders to take. How is that for customer service?? Read more
Pretty good pizza. Pizza is only good by whoever make it. Only one bad experience, but overall 2 thumbs up.
Ordered from here for the first time in a while. Delivery option was 45 minutes or carry out was 20 minutes.. Chose to carry... out.. Went inside to pickup and it took almost 5 minutes before anyone (3 workers, busy with orders) before they came over toaddress me.. They could've said "welcome to Papa John's, be right with you" or something but nothing was said.. While I waited 2more customers showed up behind me.. Finally picked up my pizza and got home. Seemed good eating it but felt a bit illafterwards.. Here's hoping our stomachs will be okay.. Read more
This location is a complete JOKE! Our pizza was delivered today completely messed up and not edible AT ALL. In times where the... economy is bad it really is horrible to receive this type of customer service and the fact that whoever did this works in anindustry where you heavily rely on tips ?. I wish I would?ve read these reviews first. Ordered a pizza online. Received the notifications that my order was ready before I... arrived at the store. I knew something was wrong when the staff started whispering about pizza not being there. The cashiercomes back to inform me that one of the delivery drivers must have grabbed the wrong pizza & they can make another one. I couldalso get a free soda . it?s already after 9pm so I ask her to make sure it?s well done.while I?m waiting for my food more pplwalk in & the cook walks out . Finally the manager tells me my food is ready , at this point I want a refund . She says shecan?t do that because she already remade the pizza; it?s an honest mistake when you have a lot of carry out orders. I look atthe pizza & it?s not even well done .
