Pizza took one hour and 45 minutes from order to delivery, but I got an email saying it was delivered 35 minutes before... delivery. Driver said the manager does that to look better with corporate. Poor business practice. Read more

Of all the experiences I have had with ordering pickup with Grubhub, this order pickup was the best so far. The staff was very... friendly, had a bubbly personality and appeared to be having a good day, enjoying what they do. 5 stars for today's service!!! Read more

I concur with all the negative reviews. I experienced exactly all that?s been reported. From the the lack of acknowledgment when... I walked in the door, after waiting an additional 30 minutes ( the order had been sitting all along in the warmer) the orderwas not correct, no gloves in prep and then using the register then back to prep, no hair nets, guy standing in the back not inuniform talking to someone in The back with his cell phone in hand. I have to say after waiting an additional 20 minutes, thatthey replaced the pizza but not my sandwich (cold by then). Needless to say I won?t patronize this location again. it was a verydisappointing experience. Read more

We ordered from this restaurant this evening and when we got home, we noticed that part of our order was wrong. We went back and... I formed the young man who came to the register that the order was wrong and if he could correct it. He refused to correct theorder insisting it was right because he was the one that fixed it. That was wrong because another person had originally fixedthe order. I requested a refund and he refused. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I asked for thecorporate office number and he said it was a franchise owner. They refused in every manner to assist with resolving this matter.The young man was very rude, disrespectful and practically accused me of lying about my order. This shows very poor customerservice. I eventually had to contact the police to get help. People please check your order before leaving the restaurantbecause if you leave and discover your order is wrong, you will not get any further assistance. They only want your money anddoesn't care about customer service after you leave. Papa Johns really needs to invest in training this manager in good customerservice or demote and/or terminate him. This place is unorganized and ghetto. Customer service is terrible. I just picked up food at 7:50pm. My order was supposed to be... ready at 7:20pm. I stood in the lobby for 30 minutes. Five other orders was incorrect and the delivery guy took the wrong orderfor delivery. Papa Johns, please stop hiring children. Nothing will be done right. No gloves on just walking from the computerto the pizzas and making them. Terrible. $50 mistake on my part. Never again. Not to mention the pizza looked terrible nothinglike the photo and the dough looked like paper. A $17 pizza. See photo attached. Red Baron from Walmart looked better than thispizza. Read more

The service was fine, the driver was very polite and on time. The issue which lost the star were the pizzas. If I pay for extra... toppings, I expect to get them. There should not be entire slices without any of the one topping I ordered extra of. Where?s mychicken man?!!???? Read more
