New stuffed crust pizza!! This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY PIZZA PLACE!! Let?s start off by the person on... the phone saying it would be 30-45 minutes to be delivered. 3hrs later I?m still waiting!! I call the store only to ask for themanager. He was RUDE and hot helpful at all not only that he told me that it was a Saturday and it?s not his fault and I?m notthe only one ordering pizza! 3hr and 45 minutes later I get not only a COLD PIZZA but after looking at the bill I was charged 5for a delivery fee for a cold pizza I also asked for ranch for the boneless wings that were hard from being over cooked! Delivery driver put our order on the ground outside our hotel room - after I'd specifically declined that option (We wear masks,... I am 8 months pregnant). The pizza pictures and banana pepper in the pictures should speak for the quality. This is the worstwe've ever had2 stars for the driver at least having the decency to wear the mask, and the order was all there. Read more
My go to pizza chain has always been Papa John's. We recently moved and this place has terrible reviews. I thought maybe they... were unjust. I was so wrong. I love Papa John?s but I don?t know what?s going on with this specific store. The delivery driver was super sweet. But when my... friend and I opened the pizza box we noticed that our pizza had a bunch of cheese. Mind you- we didn?t order xtra cheese on ourpizza. We go to eat our respective slices only to realize they barely put sauce on our pizzas! (I ordered a regular pizza withno modifications)... I hate complaining but I decided to call the store back to explain what happened. I was put on the phonewith the manager who said ? I made the pizza so it has enough sauce? and basically refused to do anything in order to fix theissue.They are lucky that I like grilled cheeses because that?s basically what I received. Read more
I've recently ordered from other papa John's locations and tested out my theory. Every other location still gives parmesan... cheese and red pepper flakes with each order free of charge. This location on the other hand must be broke because they removeit from your order to make you purchase them for 10 cents each. How does 1 location make a change like this within a franchise?If no one buys them because they used to be required with every order. And go bad what are yall going to do?
