This is not even Panera bread this is a low quality deli. Worse services here ever, store is under kept, food orders always... wrong. Common sense does not live at this store and it most certainly reflects in their work. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. The "manager"... has no clue how to run the store. Every order I have placed is missing something. I had cold soup tonight and I was dinning in.Additionally my drink and chips were forgotten. When I asked for a cup the manager stated Panera bread does not serve seltzerwater, after it was ordered! The service is always less then sub par and it really gives a bad name to a good franchise. On mylast visit I asked for bread and did not get any so I went back in to ask for it. The associate gave me a piece of bread thatlooked half bitten and he handed it to me with bare hands. The rating is ZERO(0) stars. BOOOOOO you all SUCK! Its hard to beunderstanding when your are being missed treated, disregarded, and wasting your money. Totally killed a great outing. Usually very good food. A little pricey, but I can get a whole sandwich and make it a lunch and dinner meal. "You pick two" is... also a decent deal. Sometimes they get a little overwhelmed with curbside service, but everyone is very nice and helpful. Read more

Went here for dinner last night & ordered the pick two: Cesar salad & Turkey Sandwich. They made me a half turkey sandwich &... forgot the turkey! While they were apologetic and agreed to make me a new one (whole), I drove back to the store for the newsandwich only to find that it did not have cheese on it! This is my third and final time at this panera. Every time I've ordered here there has been a problem, typically being their... version of "fresh ingredients". The salad I received today is brown yet again smh. Customer service is always good & I didreceive my food in a timely manner as well as it being correct. After using the tablet at the front of the store (me with zero company training, doing the employee's job) , and making my... selection, it informed me that they were out of red onions for the sandwich I would have liked. made the modification.everything went well after that my wife and I made our selections. Typed in the number to one of the ticket numbers on a stand(#18), and proceeded to sit down in the restaurant, with a simple expectation that our food would be delivered after spendingthe near $40 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. After about 15 minutes, we heard a loud shout of #18, ... startling not only us,but pretty much the other 15 or so people in the building, versus an employee dropping it by, as there was no other indicator ofwhen the food would have been ready. We were both surprised that the sandwiches are even smaller than the 11" foot long Subwaysandwich , as well as being as flat as subway. The mango smoothie was $5.89 for what looks like a 8oz drink. Overall, I wouldhave to say, the value is no longer at Panera Bread. Going forward, PB would have to be the only game in town before I set footin again. -Disappointed Service & Food Value. Read more
Ordered through my mobile app, was only getting drinks showed up and the guy at the register acted like he didn't know what to... do. Gave me the wrong size cinnamon crunch latte ordered a large ended up with a regular and then the Tea I ordered passionpapaya green tea they were out of it (something about machine was leaking) so had to get something else.
