I always go on panera every Tuesday and I tried to avoid this location but since this is the closest location I have near my... house i just go sometime there but I will not go again because their staff is really rude and manager is more rude than staff.Not excepting their mistakes and arguing that we?re correct. I always placed a rapid pickup order and when I get there my ordernever be ready. Today when I get there, they give my order to someone else and then instead of excepting their mistake they?resaying we don?t have these items. And Manager was keep saying we can give you the refund and that?s it. What about my time thatI wasted standing here and waiting for your lazy and irresponsible staff. I would not recommend this location because I neverhad a good experience in this location. Read more
Food is always good but the portions are rather small for the price. The pumpkin squash soup is fantastic and so are the... sandwiches. Be prepared to spend $15.00 for a very small bowl of soup and 1/2 of a chicken sandwich. Read more
Breakfast for my coworkers,???? Loved the combo breakfast for 4. I opted for their breakfast sandwiches, the healthy AVOCADO... ???? with egg white, YUMM????, coffee, orange ???? juice and scones. I was greeted and placed my order. I was in and out in 15minutes. That's Fast !! I was able to cater to the Healthy eater & Picky eater in one Stop??I loved how they packed the food,everything stayed in tact and I was able to deliver fresh and Hot breakfast. Read more
Ordered lunch today for my daughter with a cinnamon roll and realized later this evening that the cinnamon roll was left out.... Called them to let them know and was kept waiting on hold for 15 minutes before I decided to hang up and call back. Got themanager on the phone who proceeded to tell me he had no idea I was on hold and ended up talking over me and hanging up on me...TWICE!...super service!!! Not sure who is employed here as a manager and the face of Panera but they are rude and severely lackany customer service. Check your order before you leave, you will pay for food they will not pack and they will make itimpossible to get a refund or replacement. Read more

The food was typical of Panera, and has gone downhill in recent years. The employees were nice and one girl was working her butt... off to get stuff done. She was trying so hard. But the location was short staffed and other employees weren't as invested. Took nearly 30 minutes to get our food, and another 15 to get the loaf of bread we ordered, which was delivered without a bag. I used to love Panera baguettes but this was already stale. I could have accepted Panera lower quality food if they served itquickly, but waiting 30 minutes for this substandard meal & stale bread isn't ideal. I hope that one worker who cared (didn'tcatch her name) gets a raise or a better job. Read more
