Showed up 30 minutes before closing. Out of almost all entrees and sides. Asked for just a side of orange chicken and they... charged for an entree. Would not adjust the price to a side. All chairs on the tables and crew was cleaning the entirerestaurant. Terrible experience and service. Read more

I just got a delivery of a plate via Uber Eats with Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, and Chow Mein. The amount of food was paltry... and it was cold. It tasted ok but I am not happy with my order. Read more

The reason I gave it a 2 star is for their customer service, this location has zero customer service skills. I have came here... multiple times and they never greet you, and on top of that every time I wait in line they also never say "give us one momentand will be right with you" instead they just keep on walking and pretent you're not there, until 7 mins later they willacknowledge you. This type of customer service makes me not feel welcome to their store. The employees need to set the tone ofthe environment, like Chick Fil-A they set the tone friendly making your experience exceptional. Second, they don't know how tocook the chow mein, look at the picture, the dam green bean is bigger than the noodles. They are supposed to mix theingredients not chop them. Over all the food was good but with a little bit more training they should be good :) Read more

Stopped by this location for convenience. The portion of meat seemed smaller compared to other locations, the super greens... didn't have kales and all the food was relatively greasy. I still tasted the Panda Express flavor but it was disappointingbecause I love Panda Express. Read more

I frequent this place several times a month. It is a really good place to go for a quick bite to eat. Decent quality Chinese... food and a good selection of tasty dishes. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Sometimes you have to wait 5 to 8minutes if they run out of an entree and have to cook up a batch. Drive thru service is fast most of the time. Their accuracyfor orders is really good. Read more

So the food was pretty good actual chow mein Panda white rice I had mushroom chicken and steak were really good...but there was... also supposed to have the beef and broccoli but somehow that got misconstrued so I never got my beef and broccoli! It wasactually written on my plate, I asked for the bigger plate, which has three meats but I got my 2 meats my half noodles have riceand I got the veggie spring rolls as my third meet side that's not what I wanted but when I went back to say hey I never got my3rd meat the girl says oh well you're going to have to pay more because they put your spring rolls as your third meat, I'm likewell that's not what I wanted but whatever I'm not paying more. I don't know why the person at the register didn't look on mybox, the girl wrote the three different Meats! why did she not ask me if I wanted to change my mind anyways, then I got twoegg rolls, big mistake! They should call them Ginger egg rolls instead of chicken egg rolls because they are hardcore filledwith ginger I could not even finish the second one because it was so pungent. Then when I ate my veggie spring rolls the outsidewas really good and crunchy and the inside had good flavor but was mushy on the inside which was not a texture I was expecting Ionly ate one of the two.
