Can get great food here....if it's fresh. Very inconsistent on the serving size and quality of the food. Don't come in within an... hour of close...they will be out of many things, and others are old, dried, or mushy. Won't make more if close to closingtime...just have to settle for leftovers. Read more
Went to this location and order my food and got it to go. Got home started eating the food. I then saw something on my plate... that looked like a bug in the Beijing beef. I immediately threw up. I called the store to let them know. I spoke to Roy. Heinformed me that I could bring it back for a refund. When I brought it back he looked and stated he didn?t see anything. He gaveme a refund. I was talking to him and he dismissed what I was saying to him. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend. Read more
This was a monumental day. Every time we eat at a Panda Express, the food is normally ok. We just consider the soggy food is... that way because it's a fast food restaurant. But this visit was amazing! The orange chicken, walnut shrimp, and egg rolls werecrispy. The noodles were recently cooked and not bland and chewy. It was as if we were at our favorite Chinese restaurant.Please keep up the great work. Read more
Not worth it at all when you ask for delivery, they send you what they want to send , the noodles burn and they barely put any... of the meet you ask and pay for it. Didn?t get my order completely . Unprofessional when you call and ask for your missingitems. Read more
For Labor Day we decided to want to eat Chinese we went to the drive through from this place and I was not sure what to order... but the girl who was taking the order was rude and was rushing us and I got upset because that?s is not the way you supposed totreat customers. I have experience working in the drive through and I know for sure you have to treat customers in a good mannerand be patient and do your best . Door Dash driver here - this review is based solely on the service I received and not the food quality. I arrived to pick up an... order that was placed ahead of time. Typically I can walk right in and grab the order, but they said it would be an 8-10 minutewait because they had to make more food. I said that's fine and I sat and waited inside. I waited for a while, reminded them ofthe order, and sat again. There were only 2-3 other customers inside the whole time I was waiting, so not sure what I waswaiting for. After a couple of reminders and over 35 minutes of waiting, I was fed up. I went to the counter and all the foodthat was on the order was ready to go. So why was it not being prepared/given to me? And no apology, no kind words, nothing fromthe workers. I was disregarded each time I asked them about the order. Such a waste of my own time as this is my livelihood andit counts against me as a driver to wait for their mistakes. Disrespectful workers and disappointing experience at one of myfavorite chains. My son and i stopped by for dinner. He had the orange chicken bowl and I had the KungPao chicken, both with fried rice. It was... delicious as expected and temperature of the food was perfect. Restaurant was clean and well staffed. 4 stars because I wantedto sample a new chicken they have and was told they weren't giving taste samples. Read more
