We went inside to order takeout. One, we felt as if we were rushed. The place was not crowded. Two, she was scraping the pan as... to give us the leftovers; especially when I asked for fresh or please replenish. I asked for lo mein but was told I had to wait.Never told me how long was the wait so I opt for rice instead. Third, the noodles tasted burnt. This is a great place to go for a quick bite to eat! They serve good quality Chinese food and have a good selection of tasty... dishes at a decent price. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. However, sometimes you have to wait an average of about5 minutes if they run out of an entree and have to cook up a fresh new batch. I ordered the kung pao chicken I wish I could of taken a picture before I started eating but this is insane the broccoli pieces... are so big I didn't get enough chicken, red peppers, cabbage or kale.... so mad that they filled this up with those big chunksof broccoli this was almost 10 dollars ..... Staff is Rude & Unpleasant to deal with. Also unprofessional. I went to this location twice. 1st time was okay. Nothing to brag... about. Food was freshly but out of white rice. 2nd vist Male was rude and truly unprofessional! Each time I order the shrimp &steak bowl. Side of walnut shrimp. The picture advertisement shows shrimp and steak. Once you order male tells me each item isadditional? I do not understand seeing as your advertisement states!!! Shrimp & Steak bowl go from $6.99 to $9.99. I ask themeal to explain why? He response is do you want it or not ? Because each item is separate and a upcharge. My 2nd and last visitto panda Express! I had an issue with a to go order at a different location a few miles away. But at the time I discovered the issue I was closer... to this one. I went in and spoke with a manager named Ruth. I explained the issue and as quickly and arrogantly as she could shedismissed me and told me I needed to drive back up to the other location because they messed up and needed to fix it.This wasnot good customer service. It even disappointed me more when I looked the food over on the way out and saw that it had all beensitting there long enough to be dry/pasty or empty. This (manager) Ruth wasn't even willing to use food that probably shouldhave already been replaced to correct the issue. This location leaves a lot to be desired as does the manager on duty. She couldhave taken care of a Panda Express customer but decided to be part of a problem instead.Very poor customer service. Read more
They've stopped carrying plain, white, steamed rice - a basic staple of most Asian cuisine. The last 5 times I have tried to... visit Panda Express they have told me they are out of white rice. There's literally a Walmart next door, buy a $20 rice cookerand fix this problem already. Read more
