Second time this week they mess up my order. Ordered noodles and they gave me a side of veggies and receipt clearly states... neither of what I ordered. Also ordered an egg roll and it wasn?t added to order. When food was handed to me it went to the sidecaused it to leak. I called several times no answer. Monday I was charged for my egg roll but they didn?t put it. Food isdelicious but service could definitely use some work. It would be nice to be greeted with a smile or even a hello not just theprice. Read more

Food at this location is fresh and awesome however the employees there don't listen and understand English taking orders. Also... the soft drink soda pop machine and tea brew area was full of ants that's right ANTS....I told the lady at the register she sayit's only ants and my reply it's not sanitary. Read more

If I could do negative 0 stars I would Never again! I got food poisoning from this location. I went in with my family and... ordered Chow Mein Honey walnut shrimp, Black pepper chicken, and a Egg roll. They were almost of out the Honey Walnutshrimp and Black pepper chicken so I waited for a fresh batch. When it came out the server mixed it with the left overs that wasalready in the pan. Me trying not to be difficult, I accepted it. Worst decision ever!!! My family got sick too but mine wasthe most severe. Now I?m not able to work this weekend laid up with diarrhea & vomiting. It was not worth it. Lesson learned?Just cook your own food our go somewhere they cook the food fresh to order and it?s not sitting up. Read more

The food was great as always. Customer service at this location could be better. If I?m spending money in your establishment,... then you should show more enthusiasm speaking / welcoming your guests especially when the guest are trying to engage in friendlyconversation with you. Nevertheless, it doesn?t take away from the fact that the food was good. Employees can always bereplaced, but there is no substitute for good tasting food. (-: Read more

I made an online order. They did not let me in to grab my order. I went to the drive-thru and it took 30 minutes to finally take... my order. I get home to find out i was only given 2 plates out of my order of 4! one of these plates didn't have a lot ofquantity of food as if they were in a hurry and did not care at all. Id give ZERO stars if i could. This is by Far the WorstPanda Express Experience I've ever had. Read more

One of the nastiest Panda Express?s I have ever eaten. Typically I only eat Panda during lunch or dinner hours as most locations... the food tends to be iffy. This panda here is absolutely disgusting! I ordered the typical orange chicken with steamed rice. Theorange chicken was so mushy. Mind you this recipe calls for the chicken to be fried then sauced, however the chicken was soft, over sauced, and just downright disgusting. Disrespect to the chicken that lost its life to feed me and others. Food cruelty.I?ll stick to my Panda Express off Riley. Read more

This meal was very undercooked. I took one bite and it wasn't good at all. The flavor was there on the outside. But the chicken... itself is not cooked all the way. It tastes like it was heated in the microwave and slapped in a to go box. I can't believe Iwasted 9 bucks on this. This is unacceptable. Half the chicken is discolored and way less cooked then the other half. And thechow mien tastes like ramen noodles made in the microwave and doused with the outdated bouillon cubes and water jugs in thecub-bard. This is below dog food. I wouldn't feed this to a man on death row! Read more
