This place Is one of the worst seafood restaurants I?ve ever eaten and I am a big seafood fanatic. The only thing good about... this place is the service is wonderful. The waitresses are so professional. But, Good service with bad food it?s just like aFerrari with no engine. This company needs to change their menu or change the chefs Or supplier. Not sure what happened to this place. The service is so terrible now. Received a meal cold pretty much still frozen in the... center. Waitress disappeared and all these ladies standing around looking like idiots when I?m trying to ask for help and theticket. Still charged me for the frozen untouched fish I ordered. Read more
My review is more towards the service. I guess since the Waitress was new, we got bad service from the start. We waited long to... order our drinks which was about the only best part of our visit because their piña coladas are consistent with the other oftheir restaurants and so delicious. Anyways, waitress took our order, then put in the wrong order, then didn't know what Tabascosauce was, then while we waited for them to correct the order I noticed we never got offered chips and salsa until we had to askfor some. Hopefully service improves or this place isn't going to make it on this location. Read more
I have been coming here for years I can say that the service is always great. Unfortunately, the food quality has dropped in my... opinion. Yesterday I ordered a seafood mix parillada which only had 4 small shrimp a tiny squid and calamari that looked like itcame straight from a frozen bag. This is been my favorite restaurant when I'm in the area, I usually stay in an hotel that is near by within walking distance.... Love their food and their service, nicely decorated for the holidays. Read more
Very friendly environment, the food is good, had some seafood soup and enjoyed the live music they had along with the karaoke... night. They have friendly staff and a wide variety of dishes and drinks to dine inside, outside and offer delivery service aswell. Read more
Their food isn't as good as it use to be. We took my mother for her bday here today and when we came out our truck had been... stolen. We asked if we could see their surveillance and the guy upfront said he didn't have access to it and they only had onecam upfront. Rather than trying to help he seemed like it was a bother having to call the person that had access to the cameras.Needless to say we are never returning to this business! Read more
