Placed a order online for pickup. When I pick up my order and got home I notice it was made wrong and the tomato I ask to be... removed was still on my wrap. So I called them to let them know . I left work and took it back went in like I was totally upsetto see how they and the manager will handle this and I can say they are an awesome team of individual. There compassion to youand the understanding of the issue was great, and the manager was quick to solve the problem which made it amazing. I was introduced to this place about 3 months ago and have ordered it frequently through doordash. When I say frequently, I mean... at least 4 times a month. A few days ago I tried it in person and the food was amazing, but the service that was provided wasupsetting. The lady that was working during the night shift was rude and not helpful at all when trying to pick an entree. Sheseemed irritated and ready to go. My husband and I were not greeted when we walked in. She took 8 minutes to approach us. Thefood was great, but due to the customer service I will not be coming back to this location. The lady also lied to me and told methat they ran out of lemonade, but about 15 minutes later I see two gentlemen walking out with lemonade. I confronted the ladywho told me there was no lemonade and of course she tried to lie. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because thefood is good, but customer service was horrible. I am definitely returning to this place and recomended to friends. First the cashier guy was extremely nice and knowledgeable... about what they serve, he explained everything very quickly and in a way that made sense. The food portions are on the medium tosmall side with a lot of low calories options. Our three options for lunch were really good and tasty. The inside is kind of like a yellow local foods. There is a good amount of seating. I had one of the bowls and it tasted like a... healthy choice steamer bowl, I think that's what it was called, which is to say it tasted good. Those frozen bowls were good.Overall the bowl was tasty, not really spicy, definitely have a good amount of appetizing options. They also have vegan andgluten free options. The fruit juice I don't recommend. While fresh it contains a lot of the blended fruit fiber (?). Wouldcomeback though. Read more
