I really enjoy our meals from here ! They are delicious, taste great when heated in a microwave and are nutritious. I wish they... had more veggies... The best experience I have had hands down with a food prep company. Everyone tries to do it but this place does it the best. Top... to bottom great company and staff. Their website is the best I have ever seen. Great pictures and prices. All the reasons thatgot me to go in to the store and experience it first hand. I?m in town for work and this place was great. So many great things to say. I would like to start with Ben. He was great knowledgeable superior customer service all around... nice guy. The store wAs clean so clean. Someone was wiping down commonly touched areas while I was there with my sister. Themeals are vacuumed sealed. They stay fresher longer. So many choices for meals. I ordered 20 meals. I wish there were more veggies in the meals, some meals are literally meat and pasta or meat and rice. Not... the most nutritional food. I will cancel the subscription. I was overjoyed to see My Fit Foods back in Houston. The food, however, is not the same. I tried three items: lemon turkey (my... old fav), chicken fried rice, and bougie mac & cheese. First, the meals are vacuum sealed. I understand this extends theirexpiration dates, but the appearance is just so unappetizing to me. The lemon turkey was so peppery and just flat out tasteddifferent from before. I forced myself to eat it because I paid nearly $11 for it. The chicken fried rice was dry, and theflavor was not to my liking. I forced myself to eat it as well. I just finished the bougie mac & cheese. I mean, the flavor wasfine, but the pasta was a little underdone. I'm aware of the program that offers 20% off of meals, and I was looking forward tothis being my go-to since my Snap Kitchen closed, but I will not be purchasing more. I bought the only three meals that lookedamazing to me, and they were a disappointment. :( Read more
I love this place. The store is very well staffed and all the employees are impeccably trained on customer service. As soon as... they see you coming they hold the door open for you and help you pick out your meals. They even walk your meals out to your carfor you! The meals are diverse, very tasty, affordable, and have great nutritional profiles. They fit perfectly into my dietand make tracking calories super easy (everything at the store has full nutritional panels). I usually load up on meals for theweek to save my wife and I hours of meal prep work on the weekends. Kudos to the My Fit Foods team for providing such a greatservice in an amazing way! My experience at My Fit Foods was excellent. Their customer service and attention to details are beyond expectations. They asked... what our goals were and were able to guide us to what meals were BEST to meet those goals. ASIDE from asking what our goalswere, they were able to perform an InBody Scan where the machine takes your weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass and muchmore. My brother and I loved their friendly service. The meals were so tasty! No complaints at all about their flavorfulnutritious food they are serving.
