Passed by this place plenty of times, but thought it was only for kids. Definitely missed out on some great meals! Pizza, pasta,... soup, and salad are all served buffet style, with plenty of fun pizza options. My favorite items were the mac-and-cheese, thecheesy bread, and the pepperoni jalapeno pizza. The arcade seems fun, and is thankfully tucked in a corner behind walls andwindows so as not to make the whole place too noisy. Definitely check it out! Read more

I came here for dinner with my family. Before I paid for the buffet, I asked if I could have 3 cups for water. After I paid I... noticed the receipt showed I was charged $1.99 per cup. We asked if they could refund and were told they don't do refunds. I'mupset with the lack of customer service or effort to try to resolve the mistake they made. I also thought it was gross that thesilverware was facing up so you have to touch the part of the fork that goes into your mouth to get it out of the holder. No onewas wearing gloves or hairnets. I enjoy eating Pizza, pasta, desert at this Location. Staff are nice and courteous. Every request is accepted with a happy... smile. I have always enjoyed the salad section, followed by Cheese sticks with jalapeno Toppings. There are good options for thechoice of Soda drinks. I visited this location late afternoon. I was warmly welcomed. Chairs and Tables were systematically aligned. Cashier was... courteous. Employee name Krysta happily agreed to my request for plain cheese and Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Game Station AttendeeSameer was courteous and very approachable for kids for assistance. I enjoyed everything served at Mr. Gatti's Pizza. Busserboy was neatly cleaning the tables. Toilet was clean, Floor was clean with no food leftover. Cutleries was sufficiently stocked.Fountain drink area was clean and dry. Salad was fresh, condiments were available. Pizza quality was good. We were advised bythe staff to try the Desert which was fresh and nice too. I stayed 45 minutes to an hour in this location with my friend andfound everything impeccable. I remembered this place from my childhood and had been wanting to take my son since I noticed once popped up in the area.... Honestly, it was a bit of a let down, the location, size of area and parking are all great. The cleanliness of the eating areawasn't not up to par. When made fresh. The pizza is great! The owner of this place really needs to visit CiCi's Pizza at 2980 Gulf Fwy S Ste A, League City, TX 77573...if you want a... successful business. The salad dressings need to be poured into containers with individual serving spoons instead of touchingand squeezing the dressing from the bottle. That was so unsanitary. ???????? The staff is nice, but need to make sure someoneis always available near the entrance. Some customers came in and waited too long before anyone saw them. The staff couldn'tkeep enough pizza out to accommodate the customers. There need to be signs around the drinks and buffet that kids need to beaccompanied by adults. My husband and I saw three kids hanging out at the salad area. Nope, they weren't making plates. Theywere talking and leaning over the food Playing with the serving spoons and tongs at times. Evidently, they were waiting for ahot dessert to finish cooking. I told one of the staff, a young lady...before we left. All of that food should have beenreplaced because those kids were over there for over 15 minutes. It's a nice and convenient location. My family and I have visited this location two times and ate some great pies with great service. I normally won't give 5 stars... to a buffet but when we showed up we were asked what kind of toppings we wanted and that's what hit the table. We wanted asampler, done. We wanted pepperoni with jalapenos, done. Both visits were during off peak times so what was out was not thebest. It didn't take long for that to change. After 6 or 7 new pies showed up we decided we needed to leave before we reallyhurt ourselves by overeating....more than we did.
