WORST PLACE TO EAT ON CAMPUS. I?d give 0 stars if I could. Sloppy sandwiches with terrible proportions, I promise you stuff will... be falling out all over the place (and not in a good way). Rude and SLOW staff. Really, really slow. Like, you could expect towait 15 minutes when they start on your sandwich. It?s terrible. Worst part was that I got charged for a 12 inch sandwich whenI only had a 6 inch?? And when I tried to ask about it the cashier yelled at me to hurry up and pay. Avoid at all costs. Had delivery via robot three times this week. First two were good....today sandwich was half as full, had wrong topping (made... sandwich taste awful!) And bad chips. Please give us options to pick our chips and work on consistency! Read more
This place is garbage all around. The subs are sloppy and taste terrible. I also got food poisoning from them.The staff are... clueless, rude, and super slow. A sloth could make my sandwich faster than the workers. Safe to say, I will never be eating hereagain. 0/10 would recommend. A complete waste of money. Read more
First time I ever went, line was backed up to the seating area, thought 'must be good, and since they're sandwiches, it'll be... quick enough.' Proceeded to wait in the line for ~45 mins and by the time I finally got to the front, the first lady wasprocessing online orders but would stare at the receipt for a solid 1 min and 34 seconds (yes, I started a timer after thesecond receipt), not even assembling the sandwich, literally just looking at it as if it's written in hieroglyphics and she'strying to decipher it. Spent about 5 mins waiting for her to simply acknowledge that I was standing in front of her, but insteadshe assembled a sandwich so slowly, that it would've made a 1970s Fiat 500 look like it's the world fastest hypercar. The mostsatirical part was, the meat that she was putting came out of a wrapper that has the perfectly portioned amount for a 6" sub.All she had to do was unwrap the top part and slap it on the sandwich, instead she grabbed each individual piece and put it onat a whopping snails pace. After putting that off to the side, she pulled out yet another receipt and during the process of herstaring at the receipt, she went and talked to the lady next to her, who was actually using the free time she had wisely byrestocking veggies and sauces, and ask her if they had any bread... There was a rack about half full of all the types of breadthey offer right beside her where she had previously gotten the bread from. She didn't even specify what bread. Words cannotexclaim how much anguish I felt in that moment, I left immediately and went to moody: got a sandwich there in less than 3mins. Reading other reviews, it looks like they change their staff up a lot, clearly they don't bother to check if they'recapable of doing the job or not. Read more
