The happy hour times have changed for during the week (now 4-7pm). We made it right before it ended and were able to order. I... had the SM roll, tiger eye, and fried rice. All of which were really good. Id really recommend going during happy hour to getmore bang for your buck. Read more

I highly recommend Miyako. The food and drinks were good. The cauliflower fries were delicious! The noodle chicken was quite... flavorful. I topped off the meal with warm sake. Again, I highly recommend Miyako. Read more

Overall good sushi, good sake, the ginger and wasabi were very good. We got: Crazy Caterpillar, Crunchy, New York, Mardi Gras,... with the 7 Spice Calamari appetizer. The 4 star instead of 5 is due to roll size being smaller than I'm use to and they broughtout thee rolls as they were being completed, so made a mixed eating atmosphere and had to wait till everyone was done for about5 minutes to get one of the rolls. Miyako is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in town. Their sushi are so delicious and authentic. I have tried their... noodles and fried rice too. Every item is a must try here. I have been going here since 2009. Love the ambiance and the serviceand of course their food. Be sure to join their vip email for special offers. Read more

The food tastes great. Hot Foods, Hot. Cold foods, Cold. The server was cool. I think the price of the Bento ($30) will be a... little steep for some people for the portions. The restaurant was decent, but the chairs were a little dirty (to includetheother tables around us). No parking space in front of the restaurant. The parking spaces in front were mostly reserved for valetparking. I found that so weird. Read more

Miyako is a Mid-West Houston icon. I've gone here for years and its consistency is what you come to expect. Packed or not,... this is the place to go for great sushi and a lively atmosphere. You know what you're going to get from Miyako, no surprises, just good food. Even if you sit at the bar, you will received top notch service. If you haven't been to Miyako in Mid-WestHouston, you're blowing a great dining experience. Hint: order a side of sautéed vegetables; not listed on the menu but thankme later. Note: Parking is alittle tricky and be on the look out for sketchy people in the area; I wouldn't walk and be lookingat my phone. Be alert Be Safe Read more

Waitress kept seating us on uncleaned tables. Food was okay the noodles didn't have any shrimp it. Dinner menu is not very... tasteful, the roasted vegetables were soggy and had too much bread on it. Rest of the appetizers very delicious. Read more
