Great flavors always kind service and [my favorite feature] they still allow you to get your own samples of the yogurt... flavors. My daughter said, ?Me and my mom LOVE fro-yo and this place honestly has the best flavors and you can customize itwith fruit and popping boba AND candy if you choose to I really love it.? Read more

Just went to get froyo. I have to say that the strawberry froyo tonight was horrible. As soon as I put it in my waffle cone, I... immediately knew something was off. The color looked more like raspberry. I paid , got in the car and headed home. At firstbite I knew something was wrong. It didn't taste like froyo. It tasted like a strawberry popsicle. I was so upset. At the end ofa hot day froyo sure sounded good. Too bad it didn't taste good. If I have to pay that much for froyo, it better taste good.Also, the past few times I've been there it seemed like there was only 1 person working there. We had to stand there and waitfor the cashier to ring everyone up before we could even get her to hand us waffle cones. I have always loved Menchies. We'vebeen customers since our kids were little. They are adults now. Not so impressed by it now. Makes me wish that TCBY was stillin business. They really had the country's best yogurt. Menchies, not so much. Read more
I visited this Menchie?s with my children and one of their friends. Initially, I wasn?t going to get anything, then changed my... mind at the last minute. The flavors are delicious and the toppings are a wide variety. It will be easy to find something foreveryone here as there is dairy free, vegan, and gluten free. I was incredibly shocked at checkout to see that our bill for 4frozen yogurts was over $40, and none of them were above the rim or outrageously topped in anyway. I understand the pricing bythe weight, but wow. I think what bugged me even more is that the credit card machine prompts for a tip. Why am I beingprompted to tip when everything there is self serve? The cashier didn?t even put our cups on the scale, we did that. I feel likethis is a cheap tactic to get more money out of the customer. Was the frozen yogurt delicious? Yes. Would I return? I?m havinga hard time wanting to return with those prices. Read more
Who would say no to frozen yogurt? This place is great! There?s a wide variety of flavors and toppings, the staff is friendly,... the facility itself is clean, and there?s plenty of seating both inside and outside. Definitely bring your kids here, they?lllove it. Read more
