I was at Menchies at 445pm on the 16th of September. The one at the counter was simply racist. She did not give enough minicups... for my kids to sample. She blamed when yogurt was pumped out when the machine just squirted out too much. She didn't complainwhen people that were not my color did the same. Read more

I feel embarrassed for whoever owns/run this place. Multiple machines expelled watery yogurt. Cheesecake frozen yogurt tasted... sour. The ?cold? toppings looked like they have been out all day in room temperature. Place is not kept well. Read more
The service was good here and the veriety of frozen yogurts was a plus. The private room had an odd smell in the area but it... doest smell like that in the front lobby area. There?s a lot of flavor choices to choose from so that?s great to try something new each time you go in! Also tons of... sweets/candies to add for your toppings and it?s always filled an kept clean, but lack in the fruit/chill department. Iv visitedother menchies an they have more fruits to choose from then this location, which is always just three? Blueberry?s, strawberrysand cherries but that?s it, and it?s always almost empty. no bobas either which is a bummer for me because I?m a fruit person soif you want to go just for the candy selection, this is the place for you!
