Bad attitude service. Also, I asked for no salt welldone fries that weren't welldone like I asked. It's sad that you have to ask... for welldone fries now to TRY to get crunchy fries. First of all, the drive thru line is doesn't even move.. Not exaggerating. I was sitting on the line for nearly 20 minutes and... didn't go up a single car. And I know it's not just me getting unlucky. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location. Ihaven't been inside this location much, but I wouldn't expect it to be that much faster. I sat there and waited and drive through for over 10 minutes only to have somebody else drive up on the other lane and get... attended to first. After repeated times of trying to get in contact with the drive-thru personnel, I drive through. I'mimmediately greeted with attitude, which is not my fault you chose this career if you're not a people person maybe you shouldtry something else. On numerous occasions I have visited this new McDonald?s and only to pull up early in the morning when they are supposed to be... open to find out that they have not open the doors. But I understand things happen but they will let you sit in thedrive-through and not come to the window and say hey we?re close hey we?re having a prom people are rushing to work and theywill let you just sit there and wait I would like to know who the owner of this McDonald?s is because he needs to know how muchmoney he loses because this McDonald?s has been closed more than opened today I got there at 6:05 they open at 5:30 why werethey not serving why were they not answering the customers that were sitting in the drive-through five CARloads.Please excuse mypunctuation I am using my iPhone speaker to translate this message Read more

The girl tending to the drive through was incredibly rude.. aftercutting us off the mic while ordering, (we hadn't finished... giving our order and she left us hanging) we then tried finishing our order and she said nothing.. not even pull up to pay. Sothinking that maybe her mic had cut off we pulled up to the pay window. Then when we asked if she got our entire order, all shedid was give us our change and close her window. No acknowledging our question or even a simple yes or no.. Never experiencedsuch a rude attitude like that at a McD's. This place didn't pass the vibe test. Never coming back again.
