I ordered in the drive thru and was told to wait in a stall parking. However, when the young man brought my food (which was 2... chicken nugget 20piece baskets/bundles) he only brought 1 or 1bag. He went back to get the other bag and I left thinking surelyit's right now only to get back home for my girls to tell me they have 2 bags of fries with no nuggets (yes, only fry baskets ineach bag-no nuggets in neither). So I get back dressed to go back to the store to get order fixed. When I walked in 2 guys werestanding at the counter's register, looked me in my face and walked away to stand around by the food prep area and ignore me. Ileaned over the counter to ask for assistance when a manager came from the back. I told her about the guys but nothing wasdone. She said she would take care of it herself - she did but offered me no apology or pie/drink/discount/coupon/nothing forthe extremely poor customer service I encountered at her location nor the gas, time and energy I expended correcting theirerror...Horrible and it left a really bad taste in my mouth for this local location. *of course, you know to check your order,but here, make sure to leave no stone unturned because they're just handing out "empty" bags here with no recourse. Newly built establishment but poorly managed. Usually goes downhill AFTER breakfast hours so make sure to STAY & CHECK YOUR... ORDER AT THE WINDOW before driving off. It?ll definitely save you a lot of hassle for either your refund or your order to bemade correctly. Read more

This location can be hit or miss. The biggest gripe I have with this location is the sauce packet distribution. You have to ask... and make sure you get your sauce at the drive through window before you leave. For me, 9 times out of 10 I will not have anysauce for my nuggets if I don't make sure to double check my bag before I leave. Read more
It just keep getting worse everyday. I was here for 15 minutes this morning and the line wasn't moving so ppl started to leave... so I waited 3 more minutes still nothing so I left. Y'all need to get y'all $hit together. Learn something from Chick-fil-A Read more
Not the first time it happens but they always put whatever they want on you order. I went earlier today and the guy taking... orders sounded like he was falling asleep and rude , the people forgot to add the condiments we asked for. Read more
This location is not that great. The line was moving so slow I was in the drive thru for about 15 minutes for a Happy meal and 2... pies. I get that for some teens this may be their first job, but priority is taking the customer's order correctly not flirtingwith your coworker. The boy taking orders didn't even listen to the whole order and cut me off. At the window he was too busyflirting and paying attention to his coworker that was rubbing lotion on his arm. I love this McDonald's they get my orders right 90 percent of the time. They always have excellent customer service.
