Very rude patrons. Shenanigans and mischief everywhere. Very nice employees however. Window manager was very kind and attentive.... I feel bad for the staff having to deal with the little boogers who think they run the place. Read more
Another McDs with terrible service waited in the drive through for 5 to 10 mins with no one in front of me but a line behind me... and staff couldn't noticed, as I'm driving away from location I asked manager if there was a problem to be answered with a:"OH, do you need anything ma'am?" ..... I have to... point out if we are the customers please treat them with a little respect and if we are asking for ketchup, a napkin, or a strawplease be polite as we show gratitude we would like it in return. This is one of the better McDonalds in Houston. Food is fresh 9/10 times and I love that the managers seems very hands on. Last... time we ordered cookies, we had to wait like 10 minutes but manager came out himself to deliver freshly based cookies that wereamazing and apologize for any wait. Now thats what I call a great manager. Read more

Omg I spent over 15 dollars and the gave us undone burgers and cold fries without salt!!!! We asked for nuggets they gave us a... mc griddle !!! Not to mention we asked for well done fries!!!Horrible this night time crew was off track all the way!!! Themanager confirmed our order at the window and still served us trash!!!
